The glass menagerie (2015)

Amy Akins - Director Amy is a Lenoir City native who has been active in theater since her college days. She has appeared in productions of Once Upon a Mattress, The Apple Tree, Smoke on the Mountain, M*A*S*H, and Scrooge. She has also stage managed for The Children's Hour and Cinderella. She spends her days tutoring English and her nights studying acting. This is her second production with the Lyric Theatre.
Stacy Littleton is a Loudon County native and avid theatre fan. She previously performed with the Lyric Theatre Company as Alice in "You Can't Take it With You", Cecily in “The Importance of Being Earnest”, and as Mary in “Soldier, Come Home.”
A local actor, Tommy Parris is an active member of the Lyric Theatre Company. He started acting at Lenoir City High School in 2002 and has been hooked ever since. After graduating in 2004, he moved to Dixon Tennessee where he joined the Renaissance Players. In 2006, he won best actor in a play for his portrayal of Dracula. Aside from acting classes with Gage Talent, Tommy also enjoys singing.
Jennifer Wampler, though new to the Lyric, is no stranger to the stage. She appeared in high school, college, and church productions. Jennifer and husband, Harry, are extremely civic minded and actively involved in our community. She is a constant figure at LCHS functions, especially football games where her son Joseph plays, and she is excited to be taking part in this production with her son, Jeremiah. She looks forward to future opportunities with the Lyric Theater.
Jeremiah Wampler has literally been in theatre since birth, as his first role was that of the Baby Jesus in a local church performance. After that he appeared in numerous plays throughout middle and high school. After graduation, he was awarded a drama scholarship from Hiawassee College. He most recently performed with the Lyric Theatre Company as Dan Luke in “Soldier, Come Home.”
